As the verses above say and teach, always research for yourself, always use all of the context of all Scripture, always rightly divide that Word of Truth and never privately interpret it!

All of the studies found here, whether book studies or topical studies, are done with research with mainly two things: The KING JAMES BIBLE and a plain old, 1828 Webster's Dictionary. Why? Outside of actually studying secular and Jewish history, archaeology, one needs nothing more. You do not need foreign, dead languages that no one speaks, nor lexicons, concordances nor commentaries, because they differ not only with one another and with the KING JAMES BIBLE, they create division, confusion, debate, and unbelief, apostasy, and a falling away from God Himself. We do not need them. That Word of God written and preserved for us in our own language is supposed to be enough, like the Old Testament was for the Jews, and as the New Testament was for the early Christians in Greek, Latin, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.

There are studies within as tangents on words, subjects found within the two testaments, as to broaden the scope of the study, to learn more, deeper truths. This is not an intellectual site with PhDs, theologians, and no worldly wisdom.. Check everything out, everything. Not just here, but with everything you read and see and hear. Be Bereans:

THE DEITY OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

1 Peter 3:15
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

Acts 1:3
To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:

The reasons we know for sure that Jesus Christ is God and also became man, lived a sinless life and died for our sins is PROOF. These are not empty claims, but a very long list of prophecies beforehand that were fulfilled by His birth, His lineage, His city of origin, his method of birth, His life, His miracles He performed in the sight of all, His manner of death (carried out by others), by the Romans, by the Jews, by the guards who crucified Him, by the disciples, and so many more that it becomes foolish to deny His Deity, yet many do it. If Jesus was not crucified according to the Scriptures, He would not be the Messiah.

The reason that Christianity is not a religion is because we do not base our behavior on what we believe in order to be saved, but our belief and faith is in a PERSON Who is God, not faith in our belief. Our belief is in the OBJECT of that faith, the LORD Jesus Christ. Yes, religion teaches one to believe in themselves and their beliefs, do things called works to be saved and earn our salvation. That means we do believe in God Who is not a religion, and do not trust ourselves and our works to save us from a fiery, eternal, everlasting hell. It is CHRIST-ianity, not RELIGI-osity. It is CHRIST-ianity, not RELIGI-onity. No other religion can be, nor has been, nor is, nor will be, more maligned, hated, persecuted, its people tortured and martyred for believing in their Crucified and Risen Founder, since none has one. No other belief on earth has a founder who claimed to die for the sins of others and not themselves, nor could they pay a debt so large, that we owed God, that only God Himself could pay it and forgive us, pardon us from our sins.

It is by grace through faith, in our place, so that we could go to heaven and even have absolute assurance of that. No other faith can claim that, not a single one. All of their founders are dead and that did not one single thing to save a soul from eternal hell. Nor did they even claim their death could do that. Many claimed and today claim to be gods and die like men, and will continue to do so, all of them. They for sure knew that their death was theirs alone and did nothing for another soul. Jesus said His Death was for us and our sin. They could not even pay for their own sins themselves! He had to do it for us, but not for Himself.

The only way to prove that Jesus Christ is God and that no one ELSE on earth is God is by doing the ONLY miracle the enemy, the serpent, Satan, cannot do, which is give life. Remember the magicians in Pharaoh's court, Jannes and Jambres? God stopped them short of life itself. In the last days, the anti-Christ will be allowed by God one time to fake that miracle. Then all will worship him, then he will be destroyed by Jesus. These deceivers today CAN do false miracles, because the enemy is allowed to use them in these last days to deceive many. One miracle they can never do it go tot he graveyards and raise all of the dead bodies! If they could, they would go all over the world doing that. Jesus raised Lazarus and that was witnessed. He was raised by God from the grave and there were over four hundred eyewitnesses to that, including the apostles. Name another cult leader who was seen after they were alive after death by ANYONE. in order to prove they were God. Magic, science, can fake many things, but dead is dead without God. Jesus was proven dead by His own enemies on the Cross by the soldiers who did not break His legs to make sure, after they crucified Him. The spear into His side brought water and blood, proving He was indeed dead. Thery themselves ,all of them, were fully convinced He was dead, so much that there was no need to break those legs, as was custom to finish off the crucified.

John 19:32-35
Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him. But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs: But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water. And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe. Jesus.

Even today, with crucifixions going on in North Africa and the Middle East of believers, any doctor can tell you that, if your legs are broken, you cannot push up for air and suffocate quickly. Any doctor can tell you that, if one is still alive, blood and water do not come out, only blood.

On the Physical Death of Jesus Christ pdf

No religion on earth has a founder who was seen after they died by so many people (over four hundred) who steadfastly REFUSED to recant for any reason to save their own life, the life of their family, to prevent torture, to prevent taking all of their things, to prevent imprisonment. All of the eyewitnesses only had to recant, and the persecutors would have let them go. No other faith can claim this. Christianity is 100% unique. Because of Who Jesus Christ is. He is God.

No other person who claimed to gbe God was prophesied to die in this cruel manner, foretold and not even yet invented, fortold in such detail that the skeptics have to deny that this was written when it has been proven it was.

THE MESSIAH, THE CRUCIFIXION, FORETOLD IN ISAIAH, PSALMS

ISAIAH 53:
Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

Many rejected the report (many called, strait is the way)
Israel was spiritually a desert then, and Jesus was a root growing in that desert

PSALMS 22:

(To the chief Musician upon Aijeleth Shahar, A Psalm of David.) My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent. But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them. They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded. But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people. All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. For the kingdom is the LORD'S: and he is the governor among the nations. All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul. A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation. They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.

Jesus was separated from the Father, becoming sin for us ,never having been separated and out of fellowship with the Father
Jesus acknowledged that the Father is Holy
Jesus loved Israel, the nation he came from

His enemies at the Cross fulfilled a lot of prophecy in Psalms 22 by mocking Him, taunting Him, telling Him that he should call on God to save Him from the Cross:

Matthew 27: 38-44
Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left. And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads, And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross. Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said, He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him. He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God. The thieves also, which were crucified with him, cast the same in his teeth.
Jesus trusted the Father Who sent Him, despite all of this
Jesus was alone and in complete dependence on the Father at this time, all of His disciples scattered from Him
Psalms 22:14-17 describe the process of torture to the body, proven by medicine today

NO OTHER MAN CLAIMED TO BE GOD AND THEN PROVED IT INFALLIBLY BY BEING CRUCIFIED AS ABOVE PROPHESIED, IN DETAIL, BY OTHERS WHO DID NOT BELIEVE HE WAS GOD, CRUCIFIED JUST FOR CLAIMING TO BE GOD.

NO OTHER MAN CLAIMED TO BE GOD AND THEN PROVED IT INFALLIBLY BY EVERYTHING HE DID AND EVERYTHING HE WAS AND IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE, AND HE WAS, IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE ALIVE NOW, FOREVER.

1 Corinthians 15:1-8
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:
After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.

All of these and many more for the last two thousand years steadfastly refused to recant their eyewitness of this in order to save themselves or opthers ir anything else, to the point of death, even on a cross, for Peter upside down., because he counted himself unworthy to die like Jesus did. Can your "savior" or your religion do that for you or anyone? Change hearts? Change lives? Forever? In heaven?

Jesus claimed to be God over and over

The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.

Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

Mark 14:60-64
And the high priest stood up in the midst, and asked Jesus, saying, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee? But he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed? And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. Then the high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What need we any further witnesses? Ye have heard the blasphemy: what think ye? And they all condemned him to be guilty of death.
- The high priest knew it for sure, for which this claim was to them, if false, was the only law for which the high priest could tear his robes, open blasphemy, claiming to be God
- They subsequently used that law to crucify Jesus along with the Romans over them at the time, under their law.
- It cannot therefore be denied that Jesus claimed to be God
Matthew 27:11
And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest.

His enemies knew He claimed to be God

Jesus was crucified for claiming to be God

The crowds knew He claimed to be God and demanded the Romans "Crucify Him!"

Jesus did many public miracles including curing leprosy and raising the dead to prove He is God. Not one person had ever healed leprosy before, which was why Jesus told the person to go to the chief priest to show them he was healed

Matthew 8:2-3
And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus put forth * his * hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Mark 1:40
And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth * his * hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean. And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed. And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;

Jesus rose from the dead three days later to prove He is God

Jesus MUST be God in order to pay the price for our sin, being the Perfect, Holy sacrificial Passover Lamb

John 1:29
The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

THE LAST SUPPER CELEBRATED BY JESUS AND THE DISCIPLES

Luke 22:19
And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.

1 Corinthians 11:24
And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

Jesus was seen by many after His Resurrection, who would not deny this under threat and actual torture and death

John 8:24
I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

People in any cult like to use the old lie, "Well, that is what YOU believe". Nice, but that does not make it true or false, just like they and you believe. Jesus Christ said HE IS the I AM. We are not required to believe that for it to be true. It IS. HE IS the I AM, believe it or not, reject it or not. That is infallible, undeniable as absolute truth. Oh, one can deny it, but not without eternal consequences of eternity in hell .
Like all absolute truths from God's Word. Jesus IS God, whether you believe it, deny ot or reject it, whether you care or do not care, that truth is unaffected. He came to die for your sins, crucified in Jerusalem on a Roman Cross in your place and for your sins, whether you believe it, deny ot or reject it, whether you care or do not care, that truth IS. That truth is unaffected. He was prophesied before He camein well over 500 prophecies, 300 fulfilled in just the last week of His life on earth. These prophecies start in Genesis 3 and continue until Malachi.

Many claiming to be prophets, hearing directly from God or from an angel a different gospel have come and gone, and none had a single prophecy about them coming, how and where they would be born, what they would do, how they would die and why, long before they were born, like Jesus did from the beginning of the world in Genesis, onward onto Malachi.

1 Corinthians 15:1-8

No one else, not a single soul in all of history, was prophesied abouy befor they were born like Jesus Christ, Who then fulfilled them, proving beyond doubt that He is God; He is the I AM.

None of them prophesied of these last days things in such detail as such are happening now on earth in these last days. Not one person. They can't, as they are not God like Jesus is. None was crucified for claiming to BE God like Jesus was. None die for the sins of the world like Jesus did for us and our sins. None lived a sinless life, perfectly keeping God's Law, and died innocently by crucifixion for claiming to be God. None of them wrote the book of the Revelation, like Jesus Christ gave to John in the issle of Patmos.

JESUS IN THE OLD TESTAMENT: THE ETHIOPIAN EUNUCH

Acts 8:27-40
And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship, Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet. Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth: In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth. And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man? Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him. And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing. But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.

The Ethiopian eunuch was reading Isaiah chapter fifty three in the Old Testament, about the suffering Messiah
Philip explained that it was Jesus spoken of, prophesied of in the Old Testament prophets
"And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man? Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. "

ONE GOD, THREE PERSONS (TRINITY) VS. PAGANISM (POLY-THEISM)

The God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob is ONE God, three persons. The gods of the pagans are many false gods, and they are "at war with each other in the heavens". This is now even portrayed in movies and video games worldwide, but is also the case in ancient Greek and Roman myths.

Our TRUE GOD is ONE, in Unity, a Tri-Unity, a Trinity. Never at war, but always in agreement, always One, always unified. The gods of the Greeks and Romans "stoole each other's wives, etc.

Now think about this. This is just one of hundreds of prophecies. In order to fulfill this prophecy, the person who owned the colt had to cede that colt to the LORD Jesus Christ. In order to fulfill this prophecy, the disciples had to ask a complete stranger for use of that colt, and get permission.
In order to fulfill this prophecy, this had to happen on th exact day that Daniel prophesied to that exact day.
In order to fulfill this prophecy, people had to say, Blessed is He that comethi in the Name of the LORD. They were all fulfilled and this was all just one prophecy involving many people.

A QUICK INTERJECTION

Notice in the Old Testament that the word "disciples" is used, and Hesus had twelve of them. Coincidence? I trow not.

JESUS IS THE BREAD OF LIFE, LIFE GIVING MANNAis the Bread of Life

They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou work? Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat. But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not. All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Here Jesus tells them that He is ultimately the One Who gave them the manna the Jews received in the wilderness in Exodus, when they murmured and were hungry. He gives us life by Himself, His sacrifice on the Cross for us.

John 6:40-41
And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. The Jews then murmured at him, because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven.

No bones broken as was customary in a crucifixion to make sure they died. This was also a Passover lamb law!

The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. The entire crucifixion process, not yet invented, and the forsaking of God the Father of Jesus God the Son, was prophesied in great detail in Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53

This is cover to cover in God's Word, Old and New Testaments, three persons (Father, Son, Spirit), ONE GOD, not three gods, which is a popular lie thrust at us from all cilts, that we claim to be pagan polytheists.. This stems from utter and deliberate ignorance, deliberately rejecting the clear reading of what God clearly says to us in plain language.

The Jehovah's Witnesses and all other cults love to take this verse out of its context and privately interpret it to fit their cult's teaching that Jesus is not God and never claimed to be God (He clearly did), God manifest in the flesh, but was merely a wise man, and a little god like theirs is as well
The problem with this rank heresy is that God tells us not to take verses out of context, no one who believed and followed God IN His Word ever did that, nor did they ever have to and we are told to not privately interpret Scripture, as shown below and above in the Introduction and heading.

And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.

The Messiah will arrive within a very tight time frame

Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

The Messiah will arrive before the Destruction of the Temple (before 70 A.D.)

In 70 A.D., Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 A.D under Titus by his armies. One thing that happened when this happened was that they destroyed all of the genealogies of the Jews, so that no one can

In the beginning of Matthew, the genealogy of Jesus is given and, on both sides both Mary and His adoptive father Joseph, can then be traced to and through to the line of David the king, the Throne of David is His throne. Joseph is Jesus's adoptive father and that kingly line comes through the father. In Luke chapter three, another same genealogy is given of Joseph through David. Jesus in His flash is the seed of David according to the flesh, declared to be the Son of God with power. (Romans 1:1-10)

Luke 3:23
And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli,

Therefore, the Messiah, Whoever He was and is, being "of the seed of David" was no longer provable. Therefore, anyone claiming now to be that Messiah is a liar!

Daniel 9:26
And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

This is exactly on the day which is 69 weeks (62 + 7 weeks), or seven year periods or exactly 173,880 days, which is the exact day Jesus rode into Jerusalem to present Himself to Israel ans the Messiah of the Jews, of Israel.

The Messiah would be cut off, murdered, killed

It has to be said and understood that the Jews said, the thief on th Cross said, "If you are the Messiah, come down off of that Cross!"

What they failed to realize is that, since He IS the Messiah, He MUST be, HAS TO BE on that Cross!

JESUS CHRIST, MESSIAH AND THE EXACTNESS OF HIS COMING

(Daniel 9:25-26)
Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

DANIEL 9:24-27, THE MOST AMAZING PROPHECY

These four verses in the Bible are the most amazing, accurate, mathematical, calculated, accurately fulfilled, debated, hated, loved, unexpected by Daniel yet anticipated by many, voluminous verses probably in the Bible. IF one understands this section and this chapter, they will understand all of the Bible, as it is a key. Conversely, if they do not get this part, then the rest of the Bible will surely be a problem.

Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Notice Gabriel jumps right into the prophecy with no hesitation
This is not the supplication Daniel EXACTLY asked for but it is the request
It is swift in coming because Daniel was humble in asking, repentant, faithful, worshipful
This seventy weeks is seventy sevens, a unit of measure, like we use "dozens"
That means 490 something, in Hebrew either days or years, the only two usages in that language
Since it was not done in seventy days, it was on the seventy first day, seventy years.
Remember that at the beginning here, it is seventy years he read about in Jeremiah, when they were to return from the captivity (verse 2 above and (Jeremiah 25:11, Jeremiah 29:10, 2 Chronicles 36:21)
It is an answer to prayer, in a double fulfillment, unexpected, and a pleasant surprise, now and in the future
Six things would be accomplished, which would never fit into seventy days:

THEN later on a single 7 year period.

Saying "after the sixty two weeks" is like then saying "after the 69 weeks", because it is then included, assumed, since at this time the seven weeks (49 years)
are already past, the temple is built, and so it was fulfilled as prophecied, so no assumption now.

THE TEMPLE AND THE MESSIAH

The "people of the prince that shall come" is the evil, hating people of this world, soon those same people under the beast and the false prophet. Therefore, Whoever that Messiah is, they came already before 70 A.D.

Here is another proof, abraham blessing his children:
Genesis 49:10
The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

When did that sceptre depart? Before Jesus was crucified, because Pilate said the Jews, to

John 18:31
Then said Pilate unto them, Take ye him, and judge him according to your law. The Jews therefore said unto him, It is not lawful for us to put any man to death:

Why did they say "It is not lawful for us to put any man to death: " because that right was removed under the Romans. They had enough power to deal with any other crimes, except execute anyone. That sceptre had departed from Judah. So, whoever the Messiah is, He came already.

One reason today why the Jews want so desperately to rebuild the temple is because they know that the Messiah needs toat temple to arrive in and declare Himself. Well, that already happened and, now, it will be rebuilt "in times of trouble" for the anti-Christ, not the Christ. That is in the New Testament spoken in the Olivet Discourse and the epistles and in Revelation.

THE COMMANDMENT TO REBUILD JERUSALEM

(Nehemiah 2:1-8)
And it came to pass in the month Nisan, in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes the king, that wine was before him: and I took up the wine, and gave it unto the king. Now I had not been beforetime sad in his presence. Wherefore the king said unto me, Why is thy countenance sad, seeing thou art not sick? this is nothing else but sorrow of heart. Then I was very sore afraid, And said unto the king, Let the king live for ever: why should not my countenance be sad, when the city, the place of my fathers' sepulchres, lieth waste, and the gates thereof are consumed with fire?
Then the king said unto me, For what dost thou make request? So I prayed to the God of heaven. And I said unto the king, If it please the king, and if thy servant have found favour in thy sight, that thou wouldest send me unto Judah, unto the city of my fathers' sepulchres, that I may build it. And the king said unto me, (the queen also sitting by him,)
For how long shall thy journey be? and when wilt thou return? So it pleased the king to send me; and I set him a time. Moreover I said unto the king, If it please the king, let letters be given me to the governors beyond the river, that they may convey me over till I come into Judah; And a letter unto Asaph the keeper of the king's forest, that he may give me timber to make beams for the gates of the palace which appertained to the house, and for the wall of the city, and for the house that I shall enter into. And the king granted me, according to the good hand of my God upon me.

This month of Nisan is March 14, 444 B.C. Any good encyclopedia says that Artaxerxes started his reign in 464 B.C., so in his twentieth year it would be 444 B.C.
A "week" is either seven days or seven years only. Since it was not seventy seven day periods, it has to be seventy seven year periods, or 490 years total
Seventy "weeks" of sevens = 69 "weeks" of sevens + 1 "week" of sevens, or 490 years total
70 X 7 years = 490 years in absolute total for everything
THE DIVISION is 7 + 62 = 69, then 1 =70
THE SEVEN WEEKS: 7 weeks brings us to rebuild, it took 49 years
THE SIXTY TWO WEEKS: 62 weeks, 434 years brings us to the Messiah being cut off
62 X 7 X 360 = 156240 days
69 X 7 years = 483 years X 360 days on the 173, 880 days

He got on a donkey and rode into Jerusalem as their Messiah (Luke 19, et al)

Jesus Christ, King of Kings, King of Israel

No one else was called and called Himself THE Son of God
No one else in history suffered so much being innocent, for others and not Himself, willingly
No one else Glorified God the Father as much as Him in His sufferings
The Father made Jesus the High Priest in any capacity at any time; God the Father did that
Jesus was a man as we are and had the likeness of a man with intellect, emotion, a physical body, all while being God in the Flesh for us and for our sins

1 Timothy 3:16
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

In His Body manifested as a man, this God man was perfect, incapable of sin, sinning.Glorified body

He is the author of our salvation to all that obey Him, as in believing on Him, not by keeping the law of Moses which saved no one

This same Jesus, it says here, is called the High Priest after the order of Melchizedek.

This Melchizedek was in the Old Testament, had communion with Abraham, accepted a tithe, is a King and a Priest, all of which disqualifies all others ever born or ever will be born

He is so Holy He HAD to be MADE sin for us

2 Corinthians 5:21
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

He is a king and a priest, with no origin
He was a Gentile King, not Jewish, "unclean" by Levitical standards
He is a king and a priest forever, after the order of Melchisedek, which no man can be, only God can be a priest forever, permanently.

Hebrews 7:21
(For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:).

King of Righteousness

Death does not stop His Priesthood
Death does not transmit, pass down that Priesthood to another ever
Only one can do that and that is God Who died for us, the LORD JEsus Christ Himself, Who is both God and man.
In the Scriptures, for Melchisedek, there is no genealogy nor recorded death of Him, as He is God.
Melchisedek is a type of Christ, a forerunner of Christ, a pre-incarnate appearance of the LORD Jesus Christ
Jesus died in the Flesh, but not for Himself, but for us, but also lives forever because death could not hold Him down, so Melchisedek is a priest forever with no family history and no obituary
That is impossible, as priests and kings were separated.
Salem is Jerusalem, or JERU-SALEM

Psalms 76:1-2
(To the chief Musician on Neginoth, A Psalm or Song of Asaph.) In Judah is God known: his name is great in Israel. In Salem also is his tabernacle, and his dwelling place in Zion.
It had a mention in the Tell-el-Armarna Letters 14th century B.C. which is before it becamse an Israelite city

He had communion with Abraham before there was a crucifixion and the Last Supper even happened.

He received tithes of Abraham-before the law of tithing,
He is God's Son (thou art my Son"), not just another man
No priest was forever; only until they died and then they were replaced.
Jesus cried in the garden of Gethsemane, sweating blood, unlike as is recorded any other priests
Though he were a Son, He suffered, was made perfect, because the author of eternal salvation, something no jigh priest or priest in israel could do, nor ever did.
"King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace"
"Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually." No person ever born at the time of Melchisedek was not born of a father or mother, and Jesus is God, eternal, only with an earthly mother by virgin birth, Joseph being his adoptive father only, because He was made in our likeness, in the flesh for us
"But he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises. ", because He was from the tribe of Judah, not Levi, in His lineage-but received tithes
No priest came from Judah......it was always a Levitical priesthood of the order of Aaron, not Judah and the order of Melchisedek
"And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth. ", and only One lived on earth after death and was seen-Jesus, not Aaron or any other priest.
"And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham. ", ......because Jesus is Melchisedek
Being a High Priest for us forever, Jesus could save us eternally by one offer, offering up Himself, in our place, because He is alive and that priesthood is not changeable forever.

Hebrews 5: 1-10
For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity.
And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins. And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee. As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.

Earthly priests are taken from earthly mankind

They offer gifts and sacrifices; Melchisedek did neither tat that time. Jesus offered Himself from the foundation of the world spiritually, but physicallt thousands of years later

They can empathize with the people of Israel, being sinners themselves

Isaiah 53:3-5
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Matthew 8:17
That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

Jesus (Melchisedek) bore our sins on that Cross and subjected Himself to this sinful world

Verses five and six tells us that Jesus is melchisedek:

So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee.As he saith also in another place,Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

Verse seven is referring to the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus sweat Blood in intense prayer

And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.

Melchisedek offered no sacrifices for his own sins, unlike the Levitical priests

And verily they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the law, that is, of their brethren, though they come out of the loins of Abraham: But he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises.
And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better. And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth. Levi paying tithes is counted for paying as well, even unborn yet.

A PROBLEM FOR THE CULTS

4.) If you ask them, "Is Jesus a false god?" They will say no. 5. ) ON, then that "little god" is, another god...........so, guess what? THAT'S TWO GODS!
