INTRODUCTION:

(Deuteronomy 4:2 [KJV])
Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

(Proverbs 30:5, 6 [KJV])
Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

(Isaiah 28:10 [KJV])
For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

(Isaiah 28:13 [KJV])
But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

(2 Peter 1:20 [KJV])
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

All of the studies found here, whether book studies or topical studies, are done with research with mainly two things: The KING JAMES BIBLE and a plain old, 1828 Webster's Dictionary. Why? Outside of actually studying secular and Jewish history, archaeology, one needs nothing more. You do not need foreign, dead languages that no one speaks, nor lexicons, concordances nor commentaries, because they differ not only with one another and with the KING JAMES BIBLE, they create division, confusion, debate, and unbelief, apostasy, and a falling away from God Himself. We do not need them. That Word of God written and preserved for us in our own language is supposed to be enough, like the Old Testament was for the Jews, and as the New Testament was for the early Christians in Greek, Latin, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.

There are studies within as tangents on words, subjects found within the two testaments, as to broaden the scope of the study, to learn more, deeper truths. This is not an intellectual site with PhDs, theologians, and no worldly wisdom.. Check everything out, everything. Not just here, but with everything you read and see and hear. Be Bereans:

(Acts 17:11 [KJV])
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

(1 Thessalonians 2:13 [KJV])
For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

Always research for yourself, use all of the context, and never privately interpret!

Daniel Chapter 9: THE PROPHECY OF THE MESSIAH

(536-538 B.C., uncertain)

INTRODUCTION

This is the last days prophecy about Israel, her Messiah coming, and end of the world, the end of history but includes the timing very detailed, and it is based upon a judgment on Israel for not giving the land its sabbaths, doing all that was commanded to slaves, debtors, etc. in that sabbath year which t hey did not do. The math is below, it is very precise and undeniably the most detailed prophesy in God's Word,. making it absolute that God exists and the Bible is 100% His Word, infallible and inerrant, cover to cover.

(Daniel 9:1)
In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, which was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans;

In the reign of Darius the Mede: Daniel 9:2,

(Daniel 9:2)
In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.
(Jeremiah 25:11)
And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.

(Jeremiah 29:10)
For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.

(2 Chronicles 36:21)
To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years.

(Daniel 9:3)
And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:
SACK'CLOTH, n. [sack and cloth.] Cloth of which sacks are made; coarse cloth. This word is chiefly used in Scripture to denote a cloth or garment worn in mourning, distress or mortification. Gird you with sackcloth and mourn before Abner. 2 Sam 3. Est 4. Job 46.

(Daniel 9:4)
And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;
  • Confession is first, the establishment of fellowship and elimination of anything in between
  • God is fearaful, awesome, powerful
  • God is further, faithful, keeping the covenant
  • Loving God means obeying Him
(Daniel 9:5)
We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:
  • We......Daniel includes himself, though doubtless he actually engaged in it, because it is Judah, not just a few people
  • It was Judah, collectively, corporately, universally, and Daniel knew that sin affects and spreads and is not isolated, innocuous, private
  • In other words, the sins were public and affected the nation as a whole.
  • Adam and Eve at the fruit, not us.  We still die because of it.
(Daniel 9:6)
Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, which spake in thy name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.
  • These are the ones who heard the prophecies from Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Daniel, to name a few.
  • Notice who they are and their influence.........THE LEADERS!
  • The lack of hearkening is really just the start of what they actually did in total
(2 Chronicles 24:18-21)
And they left the house of the LORD God of their fathers, and served groves and idols: and wrath came upon Judah and Jerusalem for this their trespass.  Yet he sent prophets to them, to bring them again unto the LORD; and they testified against them: but they would not give ear.  And the Spirit of God came upon Zechariah the son of Jehoiada the priest, which stood above the people, and said unto them, Thus saith God, Why transgress ye the commandments of the LORD, that ye cannot prosper? because ye have forsaken the LORD, he hath also forsaken you.  And they conspired against him, and stoned him with stones at the commandment of the king in the court of the house of the LORD.

(Luke 11:47-51)
Woe unto you! for ye build the sepulchres of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.  Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their sepulchres.  Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:  That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;  From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias, which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.

(Acts 7:52)
Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers:

(Hebrews 11:32-40)
And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:  Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:  And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:  God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

(Daniel 9:7)
O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the countries whither thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee.
  • The righteousness of God is also to us from God, which is the opposite of all other religions
  • Israel and Judah were often confused in their history, simply because they rejected God, who is not the author of confusion.
  • The dispersions were due to a lack of following God and following other gods, other grevious sins against Him.  They were always forewarned by prophets of this.
(1 Corinthians 14:33)
For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

(Daniel 9:8)
O Lord, to us belongeth confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against thee.
  • He repeats that they are utterly clueless ad elaborates on the us as beign the leaders who have sinned
  • It is the gravity effect for the nation
  • No sin affects no one
(1 Corinthians 5:6)
Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?

(Galatians 5:9)
A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.

(Daniel 9:9)
To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against him;
  • He is still in the business of loving and saving and being merciful to Israel and Judah.
  • Sin is rebellion against God, as Samuel told Saul.

(1 Samuel 15:23)
For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

(Isaiah 5:25)
Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

(Isaiah 9:12)
The Syrians before, and the Philistines behind; and they shall devour Israel with open mouth. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

(Isaiah 9:17)
Therefore the Lord shall have no joy in their young men, neither shall have mercy on their fatherless and widows: for every one is an hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaketh folly. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

(Isaiah 10:4)
Without me they shall bow down under the prisoners, and they shall fall under the slain. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

(Isaiah 14:27)
For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

(Daniel 9:10)
Neither have we obeyed the voice of the LORD our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.
  • Another repetition of the problem which led to all of this-their disobedience
  • Moses was both a lawgiver and a prophet
  • Again it is "us", including himself in this
(Deuteronomy 34:10)
And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,

(Luke 16:29-31)
Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

(Luke 24:27)
And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

(Daniel 9:11)
Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even by departing, that they might not obey thy voice; therefore the curse is poured upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against him.
  • Deuteronomy 28:15-the end is all about what happens when they reject God and His commandments and are cursed
  • The first part of Deuteronomy 28, much smaller, is about the blessings
(Daniel 9:12)
And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem.
  • God's blessings and curses were confirmed each time they either obeyed or disobeyed God's Laws
  • God's people Israel and His Holy City Jerusalem is unique among all others on earth, in history.
  • The judgments of all other nations was either annihilation or complete reduction to being a byword
  • None was ever taken away and restored, not even once. With Israel it was any, many times
  • Into Assyria.  Into Babylon.  Into Rome.  Scattered to return 2,000 years later.
(Daniel 9:13)
As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer before the LORD our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth.
  • Despite the curse, they shunned God in their sin
  • Adam and Eve did the same
  • The prayer towards God would have brought them back to God, in fellowship with Him
(Genesis 3:9-10)
And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

(Daniel 9:14)
Therefore hath the LORD watched upon the evil, and brought it upon us: for the LORD our God is righteous in all his works which he doeth: for we obeyed not his voice.
  • The two reasons for judgment of sin and the curse, always coupled:
    • Israel and Judah's sin
    • God's righteousness and holiness
(Daniel 9:15)
And now, O Lord our God, that hast brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and hast gotten thee renown, as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly.
  • A common practice many centuries up to this point is to remind God and Israel of what God did for them in getting them out of Egypt
  • This act alone made the neighboring nations fear Israel and her God.
  • Nevertheless, Israel fell, and Daniel includes himself in this as a member of the nation
(Daniel 9:16)
O Lord, according to all thy righteousness, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all that are about us.
  • Not according to the righteousness of Israel or Daniel at all, which is never brought up
  • God owns the city, the nation, the mountain, He is LORD of all the earth
  • This statement in the prayer of Daniel shows unity of the Scripture
(Psalms 97:5)
The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

(Micah 4:13)
Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion: for I will make thine horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs brass: and thou shalt beat in pieces many people: and I will consecrate their gain unto the LORD, and their substance unto the Lord of the whole earth.

(Zechariah 4:14)
Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.

(Daniel 9:17)
Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake.
  • "O Our God", verses just "O God", meaning Daniel is again identifying himself with the nation
  • Having called upon God's character, he now call for the answer
(Daniel 9:18)
O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.
  • God's character included here is in regards to the city of His Name, Jerusalem
  • Even when there was no utter destruction of the city, it was inhabited by pagans, not used by God for His Glory
  • This is not just any city, but the Holy City, the Capital of the people of God, the Capital of the nation and land God formed
  • There is nothing in Danie, Israel or Judah for God to answer this for.......this is all from, about, to God
(Daniel 9:19)
O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.
  • He repeats the request, for the same reason, with fervency, urgency, determinancy, expecting the outcome
(Daniel 9:20)
And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God;
  • All three instances are retold here, with the addition of the answer given in the middle of it all
    • Confessing his sin and theirs
    • With supplications
    • For God's character's sake
    • For God's land, mountain, nation He founded
(Daniel 9:21)
Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.
  • "whiles I was speaking in prayer" is repeated, meaning he really must have been amazed at the arrival of Gabriel
  • To Daniel, the appearance of Gabriel is as a man, not a winged angel
  • Throughout Scripture, messengers of God as angels are men, not weird beings, especially on earth
(Daniel 8:16)
And I heard a man's voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision.

(Daniel 9:22)
And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.
  • God sends wisdom and skill and understanding; it is not internal, it is not inherent, it is not indigenous, innate to man to have godly wisdom
  • It comes also from the fear of God
(Proverbs 1:7)
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

(Proverbs 2:2-9)
So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding; Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God. For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly. He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints. Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.

(Daniel 9:23)
At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.
  • Daniel was very special, a man used of God, humble, faithful under all circumstances, with much revealed to him in prophecy in a very small amount of revelation
  • For that he had to endure both the shame of his nation, a trip to the lions den, seven years of helping Nebuchadnezzar live like an animal, and the visions of the future which troubled him so much he ended up literally, physically sick
  • The answer was given when he prayed,
  • Some say Daniel had Gabriel standing there the entire time from the time he started praying, but did not realize it until he opened his eyes!

***************************************************************************************************** *****************************************************************************************************

STOP.  These four verses in the Bible are the most amazing, accurate, mathematical,  calculated, accurately fulfilled, debated, hated, loved, unexpected by Daniel yet anticipated by many, voluminous verses probably in the Bible. IF one understands this section and this chapter, they will understand all of the Bible, as it is a key. Conversely, if they do not get this part, then the rest of the Bible will surely be a problem.

(Daniel 9:24)
Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
  • Notice Gabriel jumps right into the prophecy with no hesitation
  • "Thy people"............ISRAEL
  • "upon thy holy city".....JERUSALEM
  • This is not the supplication Daniel EXACTLY asked for but it is the request
  • It is swift in coming because Daniel was humble in asking, repentant, faithful, worshipful
  • This seventy weeks is seventy sevens, a unit of measure, like we use "dozens"
  • That means 490 somethings, right? In Hebrew either days or years, the only two usages in that language
  • Since it was not done in seventy days, it was on the seventy first day, seventy years.
  • These seventy years represent seventy land sabbaths that they rejected and neglected to keep as commanded, now turned into 490 years because seventy sabbaths is seventy "seveenth year"s
    1. To finish the transgression: Israel will no longer transgress in sin against God
    2. To make an end of sin...ALL sin gone
    3. To make reconciliation for iniquity
    4. To bring in everlasting righteousness
    5. To seal up the vision and prophecy, all will be fulfilled
    6. To anoint the most Holy......Jesus Christ, Messiah, King of Kings, LORD of lords, forever more!

  • Now this did not all come to pass 490 years after this was given by the angel Gabriel to Faniel, so this is all future
  • Gabriel is saying in a cryptic message, "Daniel, your 490 years are about to end, but there is ANOTHER 490 years coming, for which this prophesy I am about to tell you is a counter for the rest of the time from the time that the city of Jerusalem, by commandment, by edict, is rebuilt, until the Messiah comes, presents Himself as such to Israel, is then killed for your sins and the sins of the world, and then a pause in the workings of Israel, until the time of the Great Tribulation, the time of the anti-Christ who will then arise and make a seven year covenant with your people, then break it half of the way through, then attempt to destroy your people and do it with a world army, and THEN the Messiah will return to destroy him, his army and rescue Israel. Then the Messiah will rule in Righteousness"
  • Remember that at the beginning here, it is seventy years he read about in Jeremiah, when they were to return from the captivity (verse 2 above and (Jeremiah 25:11, Jeremiah 29:10, 2 Chronicles 36:21)

  • It is an answer to prayer, in a double fulfillment, unexpected, and a pleasant surprise, now and in the future
  • Six things would be accomplished, which would never fit into seventy days:
  •  7 (7s)
    + 62 (7s)
    + 1 (7)

THE REASON FOR THE SEVENTY WEEKS

  1. Seventy years for the ignored sabbaths of the land over 490 years
  2. Same seventy years for the ignored forgiveness of debt to their fellow Hebrews, and let all Heebrew slaves go every seventh year
  3. Seventy years for the sabbaths ignored (every seventh year over the period of 490 years) and disobeyed, in open rebellion against Him
  4. Seventy years of sabbath takes tht 490 years, so God told them they owed Him and the land that back
  5. Four hundred and ninety years, for seventy seven year periods of those Sabbaths, for disobeying this and rebelling against Him.
  6. He told them He would take them off into battle and for sevenrty years they will; not even be able to till that unfallowed land
  7. God saiid, "I will make you slaves in Babylon"
  8. For not forgiving debt, you will have all of your wealth and possessions taken from you.
  9. And you will be there seventy years in Babylon
  10. The angel Gabriel then visited him and told Daniel that they would get seventy weeks, of years we now know from history.
  11. It was not determined why it was sixty nine and seven, for a total of seventy, and not seventy, maybe the silent years? Anyways, that is 483 years of 360 day Jewish years, or 173,880 days TO THE DAY from Nehemiah 2:1-8 to the day Jesus came into Jerusalem on a donkey-TO THE DAY)
  12. Either way, the calculation is below and happened exactly to the day and is undeniable (still denied), recorded history

THE WEEK

(Genesis 29:18)
And Jacob loved Rachel; and said, I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter.

(Genesis 29:27)
Fulfil her week, and we will give thee this also for the service which thou shalt serve with me yet seven other years.

(Genesis 29:30)
And he went in also unto Rachel, and he loved also Rachel more than Leah, and served with him yet seven other years.

  1. Finish the transgression-of Israel, specifically, the redemption finished at the Cross
  2. (Zechariah 12:10)
And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

    (Zechariah 13:1)
In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.

    (Romans 11:26)
And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

  3. "and to make an end of sins"-This is AT the Second Coming of Christ

    (Revelation 1:7)
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

    (Matthew 24:30)
And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

  4. "and to make reconciliation for iniquity, "- this is the Cross of Christ

    (Romans 5:10)
For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

    (2 Corinthians 5:18)
    And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

    (1 Peter 3:18)
For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

  5. "and to bring in everlasting righteousness"-This IS THE Second Coming of Christ

    (Hosea 5:15)
I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me early.

    (John 19:37)
And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced.

    (Revelation 1:7)
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

    (Mark 13:26)
And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

    (Matthew 26:64)
Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

  6. "and to seal up the vision and prophecy,"-It will be all done, everything, completed

    (Revelation 22:10)
And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

  7. " and to anoint the most Holy."

    (Ezekiel 43:4-9)
And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east.  So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.
And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me. And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.
In their setting of their threshold by my thresholds, and their post by my posts, and the wall between me and them, they have even defiled my holy name by their abominations that they have committed: wherefore I have consumed them in mine anger. Now let them put away their whoredom, and the carcases of their kings, far from me, and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever.
(Daniel 9:25)
Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

  • Nebuchadnezzar beseiged Jerusalem in 2 Jings 25, starting in his reign 605 BC, and continued intermittently until the final destruction of Jerusalem in 586 BC.
  • "the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem ", NOT the temple. This is a very important distinction, right there.
  • In Nehemiah, Artaxerxes gives the command to rebuild the city, as the temple was rebuilt, but the city had no walls and was indefensible, so Nehemiah went to Artaxerxes and told him. Command given, clock ticking.
  • Another important distinction: Messiah "the prince" is not referring to His birth, not the day He began His ministry, but rather the day He rode into Jerusalem on a donkey and declared Himself to be the Messiah, to be hailed as the Messiah, then be rejected as the Messiah and crucified four days later
  • The temple was there but the city was not there at this time, so it had to be rebuilt, which would make it future from this time of the prophecy given to Daniel here
  • THE ORDER IS 7 (7s)
    , then after that 62 (7s)
, THEN later on a single 7 year period for the Great Tribulation of seven years.

  • Saying "after the sixty two weeks" is like then saying "after the 69 weeks", because it is then included, assumed, since at this time the seven weeks (49 years)
are already past, the temple is built

THE COMMANDMENT TO REBUILD

  • The people have returned
  • The temple is rebuilt; the city is not
  • Nehemiah is still in Babylon, serving the king
  • He gets a a bad report on how things are looking
  • No walls, gates burned, no city, just a lonely temple
  • He enters the king's presence, against the law, humbly sad, sorrowful
  • He asks for permission to rebuild the city and it is granted, on paper, as a command an edict
  • The first day of Nisan (it is well known that, whenever a day of that month is not given, it is ALWAYS the first day of the month)
  • He reigned from 465 B.C. to 425 B.C. so the twentieth year was 445 B.C.
  • The date is therefore 445 B.C., Nisan 1
  • Start the calendar........173,880 days....
  • From what can be determined, Sir Robert Anderson first did the calculation. He was the head of the detectives at Scotland yard
  • Josh McDowell did the econd one for his book "Evidence that Demands a Verdict"
  • 445 B.C., Nisan 1 to the day Nisan 10, 32 A.D. now called "Palm Sunday" is exactly the day, which is exactly 173, 800 days. God gave the Jews this date so that they would know. exactly on the prophesied days, to be hailed as the Messiah, riding on a donkey

Zechariah 9:9
Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.

They rejoiced and threw palm branches on the ground on His way in, as was done for kings.

Because the rules in Israel did not receive Him and recognize the date, Jesus said,
"Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.”
-Luke 19:42

Luke 19:37-42
And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen; Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest. And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out. And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.
  • Jesus dud bit stop the multitude...it was the day
  • He told them that He could not stop them because...it was the day
  • He wept over the city because the religious leaders in charge of teaching prophecy missed the day, and should have known from their own Scriptures
  • Jesus wept because they had no excuse to miss the day, and missed it
  • The lesson from Jesus here is that this was not a mind thing, but a heart thing.

ANOTHER UNPROVABLE CLAIM

"Jesus was thirty about three years of age when He was crucified."

"Therefore, that makes Him thirty three when He was crucufied. "-Scholars

Well, that is not necessarily so at all. He was probably more like thirty seven years old. This is because that date is not 29 A.D., but rather 24 A.D., being born in 4 B.C. so add tp 24 A.D. fifteen years and you get that Jesus was about thirty seven years old, not thirty three years old, if He had a seven or eight year ministry... There is no "three and a half year ministry". Crufified in 32 A.D.

These fools, skeptics can try their best to explain away all sorts of other things like, .
  • The Messiah would be born in Bethelehem
  • Anyone can pierce their own hands and feet so the prophet was talking about himself, so that doesn ot mean anything
  • Anyone can be betrayed for thirty pieces of silver
  • NO ONE explain away the dates, so this HAD to be a person two thousand years ago.
  • This can be said of no one else, when added up.
  • Therefore, Whoever He is, the Messiah already came if He was ever coming at all.

THE PASSOVER LAMB

Acts 1:3
To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:

Exodus 12:1-5
And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying, This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you. Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house: And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb. Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:

John 1:36
And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!
  • The blood was made into the shape of a Cross on the doorposts and lintels
  • Then Jesus is crucified (cut off, but not for Himself)
  • The date is Nisan 10
  • Jesus presents Himself as the Messiah, shows them in the Temple Who He is
  • 173,880 days to the exact day Nisan 10, 32 A.D. until the 14th
  • The rabbis in Jerusalem did not want to crucify Jesus on the Passover day, but after but, those same people days earlier said, "Hail King of the Jews! now were screaming, "Away with Him! Crucify Him! Crucify Him!"
  • So Jesus was indeed that Passover Lamb for us

(Nehemiah 2:1-8)
And it came to pass in the month Nisan, in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes the king, that wine was before him: and I took up the wine, and gave it unto the king. Now I had not been beforetime sad in his presence.  Wherefore the king said unto me, Why is thy countenance sad, seeing thou art not sick? this is nothing else but sorrow of heart. Then I was very sore afraid,  And said unto the king, Let the king live for ever: why should not my countenance be sad, when the city, the place of my fathers' sepulchres, lieth waste, and the gates thereof are consumed with fire?
Then the king said unto me, For what dost thou make request? So I prayed to the God of heaven.  And I said unto the king, If it please the king, and if thy servant have found favour in thy sight, that thou wouldest send me unto Judah, unto the city of my fathers' sepulchres, that I may build it.  And the king said unto me, (the queen also sitting by him,)
For how long shall thy journey be? and when wilt thou return? So it pleased the king to send me; and I set him a time.  Moreover I said unto the king, If it please the king, let letters be given me to the governors beyond the river, that they may convey me over till I come into Judah;  And a letter unto Asaph the keeper of the king's forest, that he may give me timber to make beams for the gates of the palace which appertained to the house, and for the wall of the city, and for the house that I shall enter into. And the king granted me, according to the good hand of my God upon me.
  • This month of Nisan three, is March 14, 444 B.C. If no day of the month is given, it means the first day of that month Any good encyclopedia says that Artaxerxes started his reign in 455 B.C., and ended in 425 B.C., so his twentieth year would be 445 B.C. We know from Roman historian's Tacitus's records that Artaxerxes reigned from 464 B.C. to 435 B.C. In either case, this is Nisan 1, 445 B.C.
  • April 6th, 32 A.D. Jesus rode into Jerusam on a donkey to declare and present Himself as the Messiah of Israel, an undeniable truth that one one can deny, including today's Rabbis!
  • Luke chapter three is the proof of this:

(Luke chapter 3 [KJV])
Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene, Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.

Now it has to be said and understood that these are all titles of officials, Caesar, tetrarch, governor, high priest. All of these are also specifically named, so not just A Caesar, but Tiberius Caesar. For all of these. It is physically impossible that anyone who was not contemporary with these rulers, leaders or with the actual writings of these contemporaries of the time to then write all of this down later and make it up, only to have it found out by archaeology to be true later on by us!!!! Stop with the skeptical fools! These fools are precisely why God never spake well of "scholars" who have so much education that they suddenly can "correct God".

The skeptical objection:
"Jesus was born in the days of Herod the king, who died in 4 B.C., and Cyrenius was governor of Syria, that cannot be true because he was not governor until 6 A.D.!"

THE BEST ABOUT SKEPTICS

One beautiful thing about "problems" and "contradictions" in the minds of these people broadcast aaloud and in print is that, all we have to do is believe God dirst, then do some due diligence, investigation into the trith, using science, archaeology, historical written records-OR JUST WAIT, knowing the earth will yield the truth, despite them. Even if that is after they are gone themselves from earth. Todate, it always has, every time. In regards to every word questioned. Our Bible can withstand anything man can throuw at it and come out inscathed. Often,. the ones who question the most end up getting saved because they failed and had to admit God's Word was right all along and they were dead wrong.

SEE YOU IN COURT!

If one has four witnesses (four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, JOhn) and they all say same things that APPEAR to be different things and contradictions, then you are better off with four witnesses that literally REPEAT word for word the exact same thing, as everyone knows that that is a prepared, agreed beforehand answer by all four, which is a conspiracy in any court.

Saying the same thing differently but in agreement said in different ways is what God does.

BACK TO THE STUDY....

Luke 2:2
(And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)

Oh, so we have a problem, do we? Let's see.....

Will Durant, "The History of Civilization" "In 9 A.D., the citizens of the Roman Empire said, 'We hate this guy Tiberius, because he has already begin to rule then Augustus is so elderly and ill!', so then Tiberius had already taken over the empire" and this was 9 A.D. not 14 A.D. making Jesus born in 5 B.C., which means He was about thirty years of age as God's Word says. And the Bible does not say he lived top be thirty three years of age, and it would seem that He was about thirty seven years of age at the crucifixion in 32 A.D. When we stick by the Word of God, the skeptics always fall by the wayside.

  • Um, Cyrenius was governor of Syria twice.

  • This all is detailed in records and fully impossible to write down later and then have historians and archaeologists confirm it!!
  • Tiberius Caesar 14 A.D. to 29 A.D, is in the history books but that is incorrect
  • Herod the tetrarch "died in 4 B.C."
  • Pontius Pilate. They said he did not even exist until they found evidence of his existence. Skeptics were wrong again
  • It says that Jesus was born in the days of Herod, and the "historians" tell you that Herod died in 4 B.C.!
  • A "week" is either seven days or seven years only.  Since it was not seventy seven day periods, it has to be seventy seven year periods, or 490 years total
  • Seventy "weeks" of sevens = 69 "weeks" of sevens + 1 "week" of sevens, or 490 years total
  • 70  X 7 years = 490 years in absolute total for everything
  • THE DIVISION is 7 + 62 = 69, then 1 =70
  • THE SEVEN WEEKS:  7 weeks brings us to rebuild, it took 49 years
  • THE SIXTY TWO WEEKS: 62 weeks, 434 years brings us to the Messiah being cut off
  • 62 X 7 X 360 = 156240 days
  • 69 X 7 years = 483 years X 360 days on the 173, 880 days
  • This is exactly 483 years exactly, precisely to the day
  • March 14, 445 B.C., decree by Artexerxes Longimanus to rebuild Jerusalem in his twentieth years
  • April 6, 32 A.D. on PASSOVER (14th Nisan)
He got on a donkey and rode into Jerusalem as their Messiah (Luke 19, et al)
  • The 10th of April was the Julian calendar, come back four days on the Jewish Calendar, it is April 6th, 32 A.D.
    • He accepted the Worship
    • He told the Pharisees who asked Him to tell the people to be quiet that they must or the rocks would cry out
    • He wept over the city
    • He saw the rejection of Himself and the subsequent destruction of the city in 70 A.D.
  • 49 years = 7 weeks, end of Old Testament,
  • The last week=seven years of The Great Tribulation
To the day, 69 X 7 X 360 = 173, 880 days to the day exactly from the decree to the riding into Jerusalem and Crucifixion, to the day.

THE OBJECTIONS OF THE UNBELIEVERS

Matthew 2:1-2
Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

LIES "Your Bible dates are all false!! Your Bible contains errors!!! These people were not in power at those times in those years!

  • We know from Tacitus's Roman records that Pilate was the standing, ruling governor of Judea between the years 26 and 37 AD. So this is eleven years.
  • The skeptics say Jesus was born under when Cyrenius was governor of Syria and Herod was the tetrarch of Galilee
  • History books: "Tiberius began to rule after Augustus Caesar in 14 A.D." so the Bible says in his fifteenth year Jesus would be 29-30 years of age, just shy of 30 years of age.
  • LIES "Since Jesus was born in the year 0, and Cyrenius was not governor of Syria until 6 AD then the Bible has errors!"
  • Jesus was actually born in what is now 4 B.C., not the year 0
  • The Bible says that the wise men came to bring gifts to Jesus under the reign of Herod.
  • LIES: "Since Jesus was born in the year 0, and Herod died in 4 B.C. then the Bible has errors!"
  • Will Durant, "The History of Civilization" "In 9 A.D., the citizens of the Roman Empire said, 'We hate this guy Tiberius, because he has already begin to rule hen Augustus is so elderly and ill!', so then Tiberius had already taken over the empire" and this was 9 A.D. not 14 A.D. making Jesus born in 5 B.C., which means He was
  • Jesus was born in the days of King Herod the Great!
  • But you say Jesus was born in 0 A.D., we have a contradiction!!!
  • Jesus was born in the days of Tiberius who reigned from 14 A.D.!!
  • Herod the tetrarch "died in 4 B.C."
  • More folly from the fools...

  • Jesus was born in the days of King Herod the Great!
  • Jesus was born in the days of Cyrenius governor of Syria!
  • Cyrenius governor of Syria in 6 A.D.!!!!
  • But you say Jesus was born in 0 A.D. so we have a contradiction!!!
  • Herod died in 4 B.C. so the Bible is in error!"
  • Herod the tetrarch "died in 4 B.C."
  • So they say............
  • LIES IN "HISTORY" BOOKS:

The predecessor to Tiberius, Augustus Caesar, died in 14 A.D. so they say Tiberius began his reign in 14 A.D. so his fifteenth year of his reign is 29 A.D.
  • Tiberius was in his fifteenth year of his reign, so 29 A.D. (Jesus being about thirty years of age"
  • Julian calendar is off, not the Word of God. the actual year 2000 A.D. was abbout 1996, not 2,000 and that is if we go with the birth date of Jesus in 4 B.C.
  • LIES: "Cyrenius was not governor until 6 A.D.! Not on zero Herod died in 4 B.C. so the Bible is in error!"
  • TRUTH:
Cyrenius was governor TWICE, not once, but twice, and from 6 B.C. until 1 B.C. and later when Jesus was born

HE GOT ON A DONKEY, FULFILLING ZECHARIAH 9:9

(Zechariah 9:9)
Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.

(Matthew 21:5-11)
Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.
And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,  And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.  And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.
And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.  And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?  And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.

HE ACCEPTED WORSHIP

(Matthew 21:9)
And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.

HE TOLD THE PHARISEES THIS HAD TO HAPPEN

(Luke 19:39-40)
And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples. And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.

HE WEPT OVER THE CITY OF JERUSALEM

(Luke 19:41-42)
And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.

Luke 12:56
Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

Galatians 4:4
But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,

HE SAW THE REJECTION OF HIMSELF AND THE  SUBSEQUENT DESTRUCTION OF THE CITY IN 70 A.D.

(Luke 19:43-44)
For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,  And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.
  • The temple needs to be rebuilt in or before the Great Tribulation, and it will be in troublesome times.

JESUS FORETOLD HIS BETRAYAL

Matthew 26:21-25
And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me. Ye know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified. And he answered and said, He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me. The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born. Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said unto him, Thou hast said.

John 13: 21-27
When Jesus had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me. Then the disciples looked one on another, doubting of whom he spake. Now there was leaning on Jesus' bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved. Simon Peter therefore beckoned to him, that he should ask who it should be of whom he spake.
He then lying on Jesus' breast saith unto him, Lord, who is it? Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon. And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.

...in fulfillment of the Scriptures

Psalms 41:9
Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me.

THE PRICE: THIRTY PIECES OF SILVEr

Matthew 26:14-16
Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver. And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him.

...in fulfillment of the Scriptures

Zechariah 11:12
And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver.

(Daniel 9:26)
And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
  • Jesus Christ the Messiah was killed as an innocent man, not for Himself or His sins
  • Because the temple was already rebuilt, the clock times from the 62nd week
  • The "prince that shall come" is a Roman who killed the Messiah, the little horn in Daniel 7, the Beast
  • 1 of 33 titles, from Nimrod to this one, 13 in the new
  • anti-Christ means "instead of", as in the word "Vicar of Christ" or one of the the official names of the Pope
  • Titus Vespasian destroyed Jerusalem after Nero died, in 70 A.D.
  • The Flood of people is the Dispersia of the Jews, and represents people in prophecy like this:
(Revelation 12:15-16)
And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

(Daniel 9:27)
And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
  • This is the last "week" or seven year period, the Great Tribulation
  • The Messiah will be killed...........very clear Gospel message
  • Instant switch to what has to happen with the anti-Christ first
  • The anti-Christ has a covenant with Israel to rebuild the temple at Jerusalem, ( the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.)
  • The anti-Christ has a covenant with Israel to also allow sacrifices for seven years, plus peace
  • After three and a half years, the covenant is broken, then obviously will redo the Abomination of Desolation
  • During this time, the two witnesses preach the Gospel and are killed
  • The most documented period of time in history to come, with the many descriptions below
(Matthew 24:15)
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

(Daniel 7:25)
And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

(Daniel 12:7)
And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

(Revelation 11:2-3)
But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.  And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

(Revelation 12:14)
And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

(Revelation 13:5)
And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

Time=1 year
Times=2 years
Half  a time=1/2 year
1 year + 2 years + 1/2 year= 3 1/2 years

IOW:  3 1/2 years=forty two months or 1,260 days

(Revelation 12:6)
And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

(Revelation 11:3)
And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

JESUS THE REAL CHRIST WAS REJECTED, HE SAID THEY WOULD ACCEPT A FALSE ANTI-CHRIST

(John 5:43)
I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

THE MAN OF SIN AND PERDITION AND LAWLESSNESS

(2 Thessalonians 2:8-9)
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

(Revelation 13:13-18)
And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,  And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:  And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

ASSYRIAN?

(Isaiah 10:5)
O Assyrian, the rod of mine anger, and the staff in their hand is mine indignation.

(Micah 5:5-7)
And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men. And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders. And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the LORD, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men.

CONCLUSION: THE MESSIAH HAS TO BE SOMEONE WHO WAS EXECUTED BEFORE 70 A.D. AND THE TEMPLE DESTRUCTION

Even the Rabbinical priests acknowledged this:
Messianic; He had to be Crucufied prior to the Temple destroyed
