INTRODUCTION:

(Deuteronomy 4:2 [KJV])
Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

(Proverbs 30:5, 6 [KJV])
Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

(Isaiah 28:10 [KJV])
For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

(Isaiah 28:13 [KJV])
But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

(2 Peter 1:20 [KJV])
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

All of the studies found here, whether book studies or topical studies, are done with research with mainly two things: The KING JAMES BIBLE and a plain old, 1828 Webster's Dictionary. Why? Outside of actually studying secular and Jewish history recorded in the Word of God and in any ancient records from many, which records support it, plus archaeology, one needs nothing more. You do not need foreign, dead languages that no one speaks, nor lexicons, nor concordances, nor commentaries, because they differ not only with one another and with the KING JAMES BIBLE, they create division, confusion, debate, and unbelief, apostasy, and a falling away from God Himself. We do not need them. That Word of God, written and preserved for us in our own language, is supposed to be enough, like the Old Testament was for the Jews, and as the New Testament was for the early Christians in Greek, Latin, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.

There are studies within as tangents on words, subjects found within the two testaments, as to broaden the scope of the study, to learn more, deeper truths. This is not an intellectual site with PhDs, theologians, and no worldly wisdom.. Check everything out, everything. Not just here, but with everything you read and see and hear. Be Bereans:

(Acts 17:11 [KJV])
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

(1 Thessalonians 2:13 [KJV])
For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

Always research for yourself, use all of the context, and never privately interpret!

WHY KJVO?

(Psalms 12:6, 7 [KJV])
The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

Thou shalt keep "them".........thou shalt keep the words of the LORD, basic English, the subject of the sentence, the object refers to the subject

  2. Matthew's Bible

  4. Great Bible

  7. Authorized Version 1611

ALL IN DUE TIME

The contexts here are not always about the purification process, in context. However, let us look at it in this way. When GOD is ready, He will be done with His Word (1611) not us. We have to humble ourselves as they did and wait upon the LORD. One day soon "all ISrael shall be saved". Not yet, but in due time. in God's time.

(Habakkuk 2:3 [KJV])
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

(1 Peter 5:5-6 [KJV])
Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

(1 Timothy 2:6 [KJV])
Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

(Romans 5:6 [KJV])
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

(Titus 1:3 [KJV])
But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour;

(Romans 16:26 [KJV])
But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:

(2 Peter 3:9 [KJV])
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Mankind had a "Dark Ages" for a 1,000 years with very little open exposure to the Word of God, as it was foretold:

(Amos 8:11-12 [KJV])
Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD: And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.

Taking the MVO" (Modern Version Only) position, a careful reader, an inquiring mind would conversely ask back,

If the King James Only position is summarily dismissed, now one has to ask, "Why on earth we have to wait 2,000 us years thus far and still not have a complete Word of God in on single book, all of the words intact, perfectly translated and preserved within its covers? On that same note, when Adam and Eve sinned, why did God not just wipe them, the serpent, the earth and the entire heavens out and away and just start over? Why did not God give Adam a Bible with Genesis to Revelation for him to read, trust in completely, THEN create Eve, THEN send in the serpent? Do you know what 2030 will bring for 100% certainty? God does, and has not 100% told us yet. We roughly know from His Word, but either we will be here or raptured and the world will find out the hard way. God put Israel in their land again in 1948. Is that date of 1948 in Scripture, or does it say "last days"? Trust God for His timing, not ours. Do you think that, for 5-6,000 years, not one single person on earth asked God to give them the entire book of His Word and words perferctly, yet we had to wait on Him anyways? That is what He means by "in due time" Due to Him, not due to us. Why did God end the Dark Ages with Rome after 1,000 years and have Johann Guttenburg (in the mid 1400s) invent the printing press so much later than letting man have a pen, paper, vellum to hand copy and bind into books His Word? "In due time".

THE "MODERN" "VERSIONS"

(Psalms 12:6, 7 [NIV])
And the words of the Lord are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold[c] refined seven times. You, Lord, will keep the needy safe and will protect us forever from the wicked,

c. Psalm 12:6 Probable reading of the original Hebrew text; Masoretic Text earth.

(Psalms 12:6, 7 [KJV])
The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

(Psalms 12:6, 7 [NASB])
The words of the Lord are pure words; Like silver refined in a furnace on the ground, filtered seven times. You, Lord, will keep them; You will protect him from this generation forever.

(Psalms 12:6, 7 [KJV])
The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

(Psalms 12:6, 7 [NRSV])
The promises of the Lord are promises that are pure, silver refined in a furnace on the ground, purified seven times. You, O Lord, will protect us; you will guard us from this generation forever.

It must always be remembered that the reason, according to the publishers, editors, writers, of the paraphrased "newer" "versions" is to "update the archaic language of the KJV". That said, if one examines that claim in a verse by verse comparison, one cannot even begin to think that that is true.

This is equivalent as saying, "My friend has a very nice home. He keeps that old 1957 Chevy (switching from the home to now a car) painted so that it will last for years". So the very first reason is that there is and can only be ONE that is correct, not any others.

The subject of the verse is the word, being kept, preserved. Not people, being protected, guarded

"THINGS THAT ARE DIFFERENT ARE NOT THE SAME!"

  1. It is the only one that is a translation from the majority texts of over 5,000 manuscripts, various language bibles, while all others are translations from deliberately corrupted manuscripts; they are translated paraphrases at best, rank heresy at worst
  2. God invented all languages

    (Genesis 11:7)
Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.

  3. God knows how to translate, and did so in Scripture-Moses spoke to Pharaoh, in Chaldean, and it was translated, or else, we have no idea what Moses and Pharaoh said to each other at all, nor can we ever know.

    (Exodus 10:24)
And Pharaoh called unto Moses, and said, Go ye, serve the LORD; only let your flocks and your herds be stayed: let your little ones also go with you.

  4. If God inspired it, did not preserve it like He promised, and lost it, so that He lied to us, what does that say about our salvation? Can He lose you, lie to you and also save you from hell? Whose god are we talking about here?

    (1 Peter 1:24-25)
For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

    (John 10:28-29)
And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

  5. God said He would preserve it forever perfectly

    (Isaiah 40:7-8)
The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

  6. Reading the footnotes where the modern versions have removed entire verses, they will say lies like "late(r) manuscripts insert _________________", which is false and denies that they actually themselves REMOVED that word, that verse or verses.
  7. It has ALWAYS been in books, always will be in a book, and we will be judged by a book, not scrolls, not rolls, not parchments, nor manuscripts

    (Genesis 5:1)
    This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;

    (Revelation 20:12)
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

    (Revelation 20:15)
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

  8. There have always, since the Garden, been two "words of God", the real and the close imposter. God does not have "versions", or "paraphrases" only Eve, the serpent and the Corinthians did

    (Genesis 3:1)
Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

    (Genesis 3:3)
But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

    (2 Corinthians 2:17)
For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.

  9. This continues to today
  10. God always told mankind not to tamper with His Word

    (Deuteronomy 4:2)
Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

    (Proverbs 30:5-6)
Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

    (Revelation 22:18-19)
For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

  11. Only one was authorized by a King
  12. God never said that the New Testament Scriptures would be in Greek to the Old Testament believers, yet here it is, in Greek. Did the apostles edit the mss and make "New Versions" of the Old Testament? I trow not!
  13. Only one was done by experts who knew the languages well and used the God-honored texts
  14. Only one is not copyrighted, and never will be, as God commanded us to publish it, not merchandi$e it

    (Psalms 68:11)
The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.

  15. Greeks no longer speak Koine Greek no do Jews speak Old Testament Hebrew
  16. You cannot get a copyright unless you alter the text at least ten percent differences
  17. At some point during the editing/paraphrasing process, you will run into your own errors being thrust upon any text to beat it into submission so you can get that copyright, because the law states that it must have a ten percent difference, something none of the scribes and translators cared about. They cared about accuracy, not money
  18. The newer "versions" contain all sorts of errors, omissions, additions, doctrinal, geographical, historical errors, cover to cover, not to mention blatant heresies
  19. God never really dealt much with "originals", only copies-of copies-of copies

    ORIGINAL #1

    (Jeremiah 36:23)
And it came to pass, that when Jehudi had read three or four leaves, he cut it with the penknife, and cast it into the fire that was on the hearth, until all the roll was consumed in the fire that was on the hearth.

    ORIGINAL #2

    (Jeremiah 36:28)
Take thee again another roll, and write in it all the former words that were in the first roll, which Jehoiakim the king of Judah hath burned.

    (Jeremiah 36:32)
Then took Jeremiah another roll, and gave it to Baruch the scribe, the son of Neriah; who wrote therein from the mouth of Jeremiah all the words of the book which Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire: and there were added besides unto them many like words. (Jeremiah 45-51)

    (Jeremiah 51:63)
And it shall be, when thou hast made an end of reading this book, that thou shalt bind a stone to it, and cast it into the midst of Euphrates:

ORIGINAL #3: Jeremiah 45-51 is still in the Scriptures!

  20. The newer "versions" are made from completely different materials, often from Alexandria, Egypt-a place God told the Jews never to return to and nothing good for God ever came from there

    (Exodus 13:17)
And it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God led them not through the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for God said, Lest peradventure the people repent when they see war, and they return to Egypt:

  21. God's Word is either 100% Holy or it is evil, deceitful, because the word "Holy" and "Almost Holy" are not the same, and there is no "almost" Holy when we speak of God, or else He is not God
  22. The Scriptures claim to be the Words of a Holy God, not of men, hundreds of times, so do a search for "the word of the LORD" and start counting.

    (Genesis 15:1)
After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.

  23. God magnified His Word above His Name, and His Name is HOLY

    (Psalms 138:2)
I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

  24. English is the most spoken language on earth today, worldwide, even though more people speak Chinese. Because? They live mostly in China.
  25. We were never called to be "textual critics", nor were the Levite Scribes, any and all translators called by God who translated, preserved and copied those Scriptures
  26. A person who does not believe in perfect Scriptures in the KJV can never say which other "Bible" is the perfect, inerrant, infallible words of the Living God they claim to believe in
  27. Important doctrines are removed, errors are introduced
  28. Yes, God can use the modern versons. God also used Balaam's ass. You can find pieces of hay in a pile of manure, but that does not make manure a good meal. You can find a piece of edible food in a trash can, but that does not make trash cans restaurants

    (Numbers 22:28-30)
And the LORD opened the mouth of the ass, and she said unto Balaam, What have I done unto thee, that thou hast smitten me these three times? And Balaam said unto the ass, Because thou hast mocked me: I would there were a sword in mine hand, for now would I kill thee. And the ass said unto Balaam, Am not I thine ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee? And he said, Nay.

  29. There is only one true God, but there are also many false gods. There is one true Body of Christ, one True Church, made from and made up of true, born-again believers, yet there are many false churches. So why is it so wrong to teach that there is one true Bible, yet many false "bibles"? One Body, one Faith, one God, one Heavenly Father, one LORD, one God the Son, one Holy Spirit, one Church, one Word, one body, one Baptism, but 200 plus "versions"?

    (Ephesians 4:4-6)
There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

  30. No one on earth who speaks of "the originals" has ever seen one
  31. Which GREEK are we talking about when we say "the Greek"? Origen's? Or God's?
  32. There is no place in Scripture that says that the inventor/creator of languages cannot translate perfectly, that is a manmade concept only.
  33. The KJV is made from the MAJORITY text, worn out, ragged from use. The modern "versions" come from the minority, unused by God mss., Mostly the Vaticanus, Alexandrinus, Sinaiticus texts, not to mention the deliberately corrupted text made to undermine belief in the Word of God, the Westcott and Hort Greek text
  34. God is not the author of confusion, and multiple, conflicting "ver$ion$" lead to that. Look at the Laodicean church today

    (1 Corinthians 14:33)
For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

  35. 100 years ago, we argued over what it MEANT by what it SAID; now it is all about "WHAT IT IS!" How sad.
  36. Westcott and Hort were full blown, New Aged, occultic, pagan heretics into automatic writing, telekinesis, black magic, spiritism, ghosts, phantoms, associated with Madame Blavatsky, an occultist
  37. We are told to live by every word out of the mouth of God, but somehow we "do not any longer have them. Alas, they are lost."

    (Deuteronomy 8:3)
And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

    (Matthew 4:4)
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

  38. It was translated into Modern English, not Middle English, not Olde English. If we do not understand it, that is our fault.
  39. "ye", "thee", "thou" were not even in use in the early 1600s; they were translated to be accurate, so we would not be confused, like all translations, so there is no confusion in communication

    (John 3:7 [KJV])
Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

There is a vast, universal, eternal difference between "ye" and "you", as Jesus told Nicodemus that "ye" must be born again, not "you", as "ye" means specifically "all of you, not just you, Nicodemus", which includes us (Gentiles), all of Israel, all of the world. Nicodemus is not the only one who needed and needs to get saved, but the false teaching of "you" here would not be accurate and introduce error, much welcomed by the unbelievers, occultists, etc.
  40. Small children raised on it understand it, kids 100 years ago understand it, foreigners have no problems. it take 12 years of American schools to dumb down a person to not understand it
  41. Going to two dead languages to "understand" or "get clarity" which you do not know and speak and write and understand is a lot more silly than trying to understand something written in your own language, which has dictionaries for it and people to ask who do understand it
  42. There has never been even one single attempt to "update the archaic language of the KJV" as they claim needs to be done. Not one time.
  43. Only the number ONE is the number of unity...all others are not
  44. Only one IS the Word of God; the rest are imposters which CONTAIN the Word of God
  45. Not one person ever died to bring us the "modern" "ver$ion$", during any "purification process"; many died to give us the KJV
  46. If one does due diligence, such as a side by side, verse by verse comparison, and does not walk away angry, they need to check their spiritual pulse. The MVs are dreadfully lacking and deeply corrupted
  47. God never said He would keep His "message", but every word, forever. If He did not, He failed us. He is not God. (Matthew 5:18)
For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

  48. The Word of God is not what "we prefer" or "we like", but it is what it is, despite us
  49. Oldest is not best....despite what we are told. Oldest is oldest, and unused. The best was worn out, used of God and man, and replaced
  50. Every word matters

    (Luke 4:4)
And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

  51. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by that Word of God, not by spelling, punctuation, etc.

    (Romans 10:17)
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

  52. Different words have different meanings
  53. Entire verses are missing, not just words
  54. Not until 1881 did anyone even question it, under Westcott and Hort, using inferior, minority mss, editing them to produce a false "bible" which fit their pet doctrines (occultic)
  55. God only spoke about scholars twice; and never in a good light

    (Malachi 2:12)
The LORD will cut off the man that doeth this, the master and the scholar, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him that offereth an offering unto the LORD of hosts.

THE RICH HISTORY OF THE KING JAMES BIBLE

OUR GOD, THE GOD OF RESURRRECTION(S)

Think about this. Atheists, agnostics, all cults, etc. deny that Jesus is God, that the Resurrection never happened. To date, there has never been a single scientific discovery from any single discipppline (Astronomy to Zoology) that can scientifically prove the Resurrection. No autopsy, no pieces of flesh for DNA, etc. Jesus died, was buried for three days, at around the time of the start decomposition. He rose from the dead, was seen, (1 Corinthians 15:3-8 [KJV])
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time.

Paul, the Pharisee, was last to see Jesus. Why him last? All of the other leaders in Jerusalem tried to cover it all up, had the soldiers make the tomb secure with a guard (three men by three men, all armed with spears, daggers, whatever they had) because Jesus told them He would rise three days later. (Matthew 27:62-66 [KJV])
Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees came together unto Pilate, Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again. Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first. Pilate said unto them, Ye have a watch: go your way, make it as sure as ye can. So they went, and made the sepulchre sure, sealing the stone, and setting a watch.

"IN DUE TIME..."

(Matthew 28:11-14 [KJV])
Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and secure you.

(Luke 1:2 [KJV])
Even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word;

(2 Peter 1:16 [KJV])
For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

How do we know that all of this happened and is true, truth? Because it was eyewitnessed, recorded by eyewitness, many of them, and now, by faith in the Scriptures. Do you think that the secular world wants anyone today to know this, even twenty centuries later? How aoubt "liberal" "scholars"? No way. But the God of the Resurrection preserved His Word for us and "IN DUE TIME", completely had it bound into one translation in English, other world languages, for us today> We live today. We have the Word of God today, or God lied and could not preserve it. Hiow much faith do we have? Do we need?

THE OPPOSITION, THE "MODERN" "VERSIONS"

(2 Corinthians 2:17 [KJV])
For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.

THESE REASONS ALONE (THERE ARE MORE) IS WHY ANYONE WHO WANTS TO READ THE WORD OF GOD IN ENGLISH NEEDS TO READ ONLY THE KING JAMES BIBLE
