INTRODUCTION:

(Deuteronomy 4:2 [KJV])
Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

(Proverbs 30:5, 6 [KJV])
Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

(Isaiah 28:10 [KJV])
For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

(Isaiah 28:13 [KJV])
But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

(2 Peter 1:20 [KJV])
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

All of the studies found here, whether book studies or topical studies, are done with research with mainly two things: The KING JAMES BIBLE and a plain old, 1828 Webster's Dictionary. Why? Outside of actually studying secular and Jewish history recorded in the Word of God and in any ancient records from many, which records support it, plus archaeology, one needs nothing more. You do not need foreign, dead languages that no one speaks, nor lexicons, nor concordances, nor commentaries, because they differ not only with one another and with the KING JAMES BIBLE, they create division, confusion, debate, and unbelief, apostasy, and a falling away from God Himself. We do not need them. That Word of God, written and preserved for us in our own language, is supposed to be enough, like the Old Testament was for the Jews, and as the New Testament was for the early Christians in Greek, Latin, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.

There are studies within as tangents on words, subjects found within the two testaments, as to broaden the scope of the study, to learn more, deeper truths. This is not an intellectual site with PhDs, theologians, and no worldly wisdom.. Check everything out, everything. Not just here, but with everything you read and see and hear. Be Bereans:

(Acts 17:11 [KJV])
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

(1 Thessalonians 2:13 [KJV])
For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

Always research for yourself, use all of the context, and never privately interpret!

Exodus Chapter 21: CIVIL, SAFETY FARM ANIMAL LAWS

(James 2:8 [KJV])
If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

These ten perfect, holy commandments come only from God, Who alone has the authority, the Holiness to give this law, which can never be improved upon by anyone. These ten commandments are for all of mankind, given to Moses, through to Israel, to the Gentiles, still applicable today, except the Sabbath rest, which Jesus now is for all in the body of Christ. It is well known and understood by all wise people that these ten alone are enough for any one person, any marriage, any society, any nation, and the entire world, if they were to be obeyed, to keep order, of all types and magnitudes. Consider Romans Chapter 7 as your law school!

It must be fully and carefully studied and understood that the Israelites, up to now, in the wilderness, lived very close together to one another, with their pregnant wives, innocent children, beasts of burden, etc. so close as to make it dangerous, deadly. This was for all of their good, their protection when they went into the land. They had enemies to fight and land to be inherited,; no time for civil disorder, crimes, damage, death and loss.

All of this led to one thing. All of this was summed up in one thing, this and all other civil laws:

LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF

Why is this, you ask? Because God tells us that we in fact DO love ourselves and are self-ish, not just selfish. It is all about us when Jesus was all about the Father and us, not Himself, as our example.

(Matthew 5:43 [KJV])
Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

(Matthew 19:19 [KJV])
Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

(Matthew 22:39 [KJV])
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

(Mark 12:31 [KJV])
And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

(Mark 12:33 [KJV])
And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

(Luke 1:58 [KJV])
And her neighbours and her cousins heard how the Lord had shewed great mercy upon her; and they rejoiced with her.

(Luke 10:27 [KJV])
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

(Luke 10:29-36 [KJV])
But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour? And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side. But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him, And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee. Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?

(Luke 14:12 [KJV])
Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.

(Luke 15:6 [KJV])
And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.

(Luke 15:9 [KJV])
And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost.

(John 9:8 [KJV])
The neighbours therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged?

(Acts 7:27 [KJV])
But he that did his neighbour wrong thrust him away, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us?

(Romans 13:9 [KJV])
For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

(Romans 13:10 [KJV])
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

(Romans 15:2 [KJV])
Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.

(Galatians 5:14 [KJV])
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

(Ephesians 4:25 [KJV])
Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

(Hebrews 8:11 [KJV])
And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

(James 2:8 [KJV])
If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

JESUS, THE PERFECT SERVANT

(Psalms 40:6 [KJV])
Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.

(Isaiah 52:13 [KJV])
Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.

(Zechariah 3:8 [KJV])
Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.

(Matthew 20:28 [KJV])
Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

(Mark 10:45 [KJV])
For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

(Luke 22:25-28 [KJV])
And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve. For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among you as he that serveth. Ye are they which have continued with me in my temptations.

(John 13:5 [KJV])
After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.

(John 13:14 [KJV])
If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him. If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.

(Philippians 2:5-8 [KJV])
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

This is to be our response: the same response, as this role for His Body did not end at the Ascension, but that torch, that baton was passed to us as His Servants, He serving through us as God spoke through Moses and the prophets

Luke 22, John 13 above, plus:

(Luke 12:37 [KJV])
Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.

(Philippians 2:5 [KJV])
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

(2 Corinthians 4:5 [KJV])
For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

(Exodus 21:1-11 [KJV])
Now these are the judgments which thou shalt set before them. If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing. If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself: if he were married, then his wife shall go out with him. If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out by himself. And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free: Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever. And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do. If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her. And if he have betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters. If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish. And if he do not these three unto her, then shall she go out free without money.
