Names of Christ and Titles of Deity Missing
It is the omission of Sacred Names that has often caused the first doubts over the trustworthiness of the modern translations. Names of Deity are missing and they are missing frequently! The totals of such omissions in two of the most popular versions The New American Standard and The New International are tabulated below. Where these Names are in combination, they have been counted separately.

Defenders of the modern versions have sought to minimize the fActs of these missing Names of Deity. A typical example is that which the President of the well known Grace Theological Seminary offers in his trActs "The King James Only?":
"One common objection is that in a relatively few cases the names "Christ" and "Lord" are omitted when referring to Jesus."
The previous inventory of hard evidence demonstrates that these Names are missing in much more than "a relatively few cases"!
